try this ,pulled off the internet I can't confirm that its correct.

Dan,

The image that shows the module with the black wire to the negative terminal of the coil and the red wire to the positive terminal with the ignition switch wire is how I connected my Pertronix module and it works like a champ. Mine is on my 1966 F250 with the 240 inline 6.
