I've been looking but can't find what an answer. Has anyone that's done the speedway disc brake kit tell me if the stock wheels and innie hub caps work with the rotors they supply? I like the look of the bottle caps and would hate to give them up. Thanks in advance.

I installed the Speedway kit on my '64 F-100 with stock 15x7 steelies. They were wheels from a newer Ford pick-up. No clearance problems. The stock original 15x5 wheels might be an issue. I will say that the brake conversion kit is excellent and the price can't be beat.

typically the early stock ford wheels won't work with disk brakes due to the profile of the back side of the wheel interfering with the caliper. But as noted above, the later stock steel wheels ('73 and later) were designed for the caliper clearance and look essentially the same from the side when mounted on the hubs.

So would spacers solve it? I want to keep my bottle caps.

you might look into aftermarket steelies, I've seen some used with 66 and later caps so I'm sure it coud be done they added the clips by riviting them. I may do the same to my 64 as a set of winter wheels

A 15 x 6 wheel I have, which does work with discs, is 14 1/2" diameter where the caliper would be. That measurement is taken about 1" from where the wheel contacts the hub and remains about the same to the outside of the wheel. Within that 1", it does taper smaller. Compare this to your wheel and you should get some idea.

Mac, it has been my experience the drum brake wheels
Won’t clear the calipers on the disc brake conversions! Now,
Some 1/4” wheel spacers might be the answer to get clearance
enough between the wheel and caliper to do it! You could try
stacking some flat washers on your lug studs up to 1/4” and then
put the old innie wheel back on. Snug up the lug nuts and try to
spin the wheel and check clearance. If you have clearance then
you can run 1/4” wheel spacers. I just suggested the flat washers
to save buying the spacers if it doesn’t work! Wheel Vintiques has
Innie style wheels and caps so if you want a little wider than stock
wheel with an innie cap check with Summit or Speedway!
