any aftermarket companies sell a repop stock hood or a fiberglass hood? for a 66 f100 that is.

I thought I saw a fiberglass hood awhile ago, but I have been known to be wrong in the past

There was (is?) a company making fiberglass hoods. The price when I last checked was a cool $600 plus shipping.
Nobody is making repro steel hoods. I wish they would, but chances of that happening are about nil.

Could anyone chime in with a company name? All my google searches are coming up with nothing.

That is really not a bad price for a classic without a huge following.

look at the classic mustangs. Fiberglass hoods go for around $450 to $600. The aftermarket for repo parts is huge. You can just about build a 64.5-66 stang from just a roof and B pillars.

I wish I could repair my hood, but it has a tire sized dent in the corner of it. I guess the PO had parked off the road and a car actually ran the hood over while it was on the truck.

Did multiple google searches with no success.

Btw, the link you provided does not have hoods for a ford truck older than 1980.
