My fabricator had some over stock .040 anodized aluminum sheets,sold me two at $40.00 ea.This how they looked Sun.Haven't finished the install but so far the top and side pieces have gone in as planned

The pieces still have the protective plastic film on them.But I couldn't wait till it was finished and peeled it off the the drivers side side piece,I'm really liking the metals finish.Will post finished pics.asap

That's Cool As Hell. Where Is The Sign-Up Sheet? :lol: Lot's Of Great Color Choices With Anodized Aluminum As Well.....

You kind of did the same thing I did a while back. I coated mine with bedliner.

Hmmm...wheels are turning. Wonder if you can powder coat aluminum? That Rhino lining idea is way cool as well. Wonder if that stuff stinks up the cab that close to your nose? And I guess you could always glue vinyl to it. The re-pops are running 300 bucks plus shipping and these aluminum liners seem like a better do it your self deal for those of us with more time than money.
