I have sketched that truck a dozen or so times but mine always came out as a panel truck!
On second look that was a well done conversion, look at the drip rail. The rear door looks more at home than any of the crew cabs I've seen. To cool!

BWF -- THAT IS TOO KEWL!!!!

I'm not too keen on the rear fender flare(s),,, I'd like to see that done differently. In fact, I think the F350 chassis is overkill..... a F250 chassis with single rear wheel drive would eliminate the need for rear fender flares..... I wonder how the tailgate/rear door(s) were done?

A version with enclosed rear window panels behind the second set of doors would be SWEET; or even a two door - as in a delivery sedan style - would also be SWEET! :2cents:

Not bad for around $3700 U.S. dollars ( 20,000 Argentine pesos). It would be a long drive back and very interesting, I'm sure. :steering:

I'd like to see a shorter version; more Expedition than Excursion.
Use a style side bedside with the back corner of the doors cut around the short wheel openings. Also single rear quarter windows.

My bet is on Ford of South America, that roof cap is too nice, looks like a one piece stamping to me. Most conversion companies wouldn't go to the expense of a stamping that big. At first I thought there was a splice near the rear edge of the front door (side to side) not sure now. Has there ever been another one of those rigs show up? I've never been around a '66 F350, did they have badges on the fenders?

Sure would like to see the rear.
Quarters and sides look to be Suburban-esque to me!
The C-pillar to door alignment as well as the cobbled wheel-well flares may hold some info as to origin.
