Horn Ring

OK I have given up on my search to find out what I have. I have a four spoke horn ring from a 1964 F350 but where the Ford should be in the center it is a cone shape like the tip of a bullet. I have searched and can not find one on the internet. I can't post pictures on this site but can send by Email if someone could help. Thanks in advance.

I have 2 of the 4 spoke horn rings the only thing in the center of my 2 is the gear and lightning bolt.

Yea I know what you mean the cone shape on this ring is not an insert it is part of the ring.
