I've been driving the truck to work for a little over a week now. It's running and driving very well. The power steering and power disc brakes are a vast improvement in driveability in town! I am still having a bit of trouble with air in the power steering fluid.
I cleaned up the oil bath air cleaner and put it back on.
I had the heads reworked and reinstalled them. As far as I know, the bottom end has never been touched. The oil pump had a B9 part number and the timing set was marked FoMoCo with a phenolic cam gear.
The exhaust is stock manifolds from a later FE and 2-1/4" duals with Flowmaster 40's. The tailpipes are angled down and to the rear and exit behind the rear wheels.
