Fridge Fuel Delivery Problems

Guys i need some help just cleaned out carb and put edelbrock fuel filter right infront of carb. I also put fuel filter down under cab where rubber line is by frame. I run truck for about 10-15 min on road and it stalls, carb has no gas in it when it dies. I then wait about 5 minutes or so and it will start back up. I have gas in clear filter under the tank when it dies. I am thinking it must be fuel pump but it pumps good when i take the line loose in garage when engine is cold. You guys have any ideas im getting sick of tryin things and getting stuck on side of road.
