Thanks, all.
Panels are from Premier Metal Crafters [Kim Stewart] out of Richfield, Utah. They are fantastic! 12 gauge over original 16. Very very happy with the quality and price, about a 2 week lead time, fenders and tailgate from DC thru Chucks Trucks in Hamden, Ct. I am changing out the front panel [smooth] to original style from MAR K should be in Tuesday. Not really fond of the smooth one as it is set up tp go on the outside overlapping stake pocket lip. The only thing I really have to do is drill out all opposing holes as Kim builds these to be plug welded.
I do have more info, ie: phone pricing etc. if anyone is interested.

The bed looks great Steve! Thats gonna be even better painted and even better....in person! I hope my bed is that clean some day. Just one question...does it look high in comparison to the cab lines or am I just crazy?
Either way still looks awesome! I'll be representing the slicks tomm. in putnam, I hope to see a few more. I will try and take some pics and post them tomm night.

8' Flare-sides are taller, but yeah, I kinda thought the same. Maybe I'm just used to the 6 footer on Rusty.
Did you climb on the roof of your house for those pictures? Or just a big ladder? Looking great!
The bed is taller on the longbeds, I originally had [see first pic] the supports mounted to the frame, basically flush, then I put the rear plate on and the indent for the floor was up 2" from the supports, raised them up [blocked] 2". The top roll is right at my chin, but I looked in some books I've got and it IS supposed to be that high.-I love it.
I took pics from my deck- hate ladders.
Thanks for all you thoughts.
Josh you should be able to see it at the ATCA show.
-Steve.
Your 250 has tons of character. It is a very handsome truck. I have been wanting to make one of the ATCA shows for several years now, but it is a long way from Central Texas up there. The year 2012 ATHS convention will be in Springfield Mass. I plan on being there if the Lord is willing, so may be I will see you there too.

Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for dinner. A Republic is a well-armed sheep.
I hope I always stay crazy, because I know if I ever become sane, it will drive me crazy.

The only problem I had, was the tailgate would not go into the opening, sides are square, measured out [seems] ok, so I un bolted sides from rear pan and added 1 washer per each 8 bolts and tightened up, added just enough space and gate works as it should.
The space will be filled with body seam sealer and it'll be fine.
The chains , drilled holes as per my sample/donor bed, but the bolt falls shy about a 1/4" to go thru the front side of the pocket, went to the local True Value looking for a certain nut [simular to a door lock button], but didn't have any. I have some avenues to check Monday.
