top is my usual one but all of them were affected.
just found out the other day there was a loophole, pipe tobacco was not included. some smaller manufacturers are changing their packaging to say their product is pipe tobacco as there are no regulations defining the differernce between the two.
i will be looking for some of those on my next trip to town.
a couple stores have already quit selling top and the other name brands completely.
if i could get a hold of some tobacco seeds i would just grow my own.
worst thing about it is i know the feds are wasting the $.

Here in Texas they raised the tax on chewing tobacco by $1.22 per ounce. Each bag of it went up 3.66, which doubled the price. A box of 12 packs went up from $36 to 72. They say it is to pay doctors school bills if they promise to practice in rural areas.
A 200 mile round trip to Okalhoma is cheaper than buying chewing tobacco here. The little lady at Walmart can't understand why they can't keep it in stock anymore
