heres what went down this weekend..

got my new I-beams installed! and that fixed my alignment issue.. thank goodness.. i also disassembled my heaterbox only to find it broken where the blower motor bolts in. but i got it all cleaned up and fixed.. also cleaned up my interior vents and rynoed them as well...

gonna pull the cab back off and start body work this weekend.. :rocker:

gonna try to get the exhaust mocked up as well, hopefully will be a pretty eventful weekend..

cant believe im fixing to start bodywork!! long time coming..... long time coming.... :lol:

dont know why im so excited about doing body work.. i hate bodywork..,, lol

ok got my sand blaster all workinig great.. made me a sifting bucket to strain the sand...

got my tailgate parts blasted and primed!

also decided to get my tailgate out and get all that do it yourself ryno liner crap off, blaster made quick work of that too! it was getting dark and i couldnt see so i had to quit.. there is a few small spots i need to tend to still yet but wow it turned out great!

finally got to work on my truck a little saturday.. I redid my leaf springs (again) had to many leafs in and it was sittin up way to high,so i took a leaf out. I also had got some new leaf spring clamps, never was satisfied with my home made ones.. anyway i also finished up my new brake lines, they are done! I cleaned up my driveshaft and painted it and installed it, I cleaned my exhaust and painted it with bbq 2,000 degree paint lol it looked bad and at least it will look good for a little while.. lol starting to get the itch again! wooohooo lol

well, exhaust done, new brake lines done, new emergency brake cables done, new brake shoes done, new wheel cylinders done, new i beam bushings done, new speedometer cable done, new leaf spring clamps done, new exhaust gaskets done and new intake,valve cover gaskets, im sure ive forgotten something lol just about ready to start bodywork!

ok worked some on my cab and front fenders this past week... I do not like bodywork! lol but im making progress at least.. still lots to do!.

Body work is like finishing drywall, both are tedious and raise a lot of dust. Looks like your moving in the right direction.

LOL IM HOPING TO LOSE A LITTLE WEIGHT BEFORE I GET THE TRUCK DONE.. I THINK THAT WOULD BE EASIER THAN MODIFYING MY COLUMN.. :steering:
