Glad you're doing better. Just be careful.

My surgery was a temp. fix. the surgern said that in 5 to 7 yrs. my back would have to be fused. Three of those yrs. have come and gone, but so far so good.

Take good care of yourself Ice, and do what the Doc. says. You don't want to mess around with you back. Get well soon!
