I believe that some early Slicks actually had a pump bulb on the floor by the dimmer for the washers. Either that or it was an early nitrous system.

Well, I need to eat a little crow here...I was out looking at my '65 last night & happened to remember this thread, so I casually grabbed the wiper knob & gave it a pull...nothing. It took me about 12 seconds of stripped gears clanking in my brain to look out onto the hood for washer squirters...there are none! DUH! :? I popped the hood...and...no bag!

I've never actually driven this truck since I've owned it & didn't realize that it wasn't ordered with the optional squirters...who in their right mind wouldn't order their truck with squirters? Hmph! :hm:

Soooo...I guess the button on a '65 really is for the squirter option & the 66's had it integrated into the wiper switch. Do you think squirters were standard on 66's?
My "Slickitis" affliction began here...

If it starts to rain, they'll tax the splash.
If you want to fish, they'll tax the bass.
If you plant a yard, they'll tax the grass.
If you don't play nice, they'll fine your *$#!
