ah cool it is full floating then.

Funny, I was walking by my dad's truck yesterday and happened to notice that his axle ends are identical to mine. His is around a 91 as well. What are they worth? if theyre worth enough maybe I can finance a little of my truck obsession by selling them and simply putting in the Dana's from my '80 :)

Got it.

The two after C7 means it's the rarely optioned rear AND front limited slip differential.

Too bad it ain't a F-350 that would have a Dana 60 up front. The F-250 has the not much use to swap Dana 50 TTB, but lookin' at the suprizingly light front GVWR it could also just be a Dana 44 TTB.

The Dana 60 rear from the 80 would get 500+ cleaned up for a swap when someone wants 8lugs out back to match a common for the 80-96 half ton Dana 60 solid axle swap.

The sterling 10.25 from the '91 would get even more because it is set up with a VSS sensor that is needed by the '87-'91 guys for rear ABS to work, '92-'96 guys to make the speedo/odo/cruse control to work, and the '89-'96 guys with the E4OD tranny for the computer to have shift points. They usually don't sit in the yards long. Specially with a limited slips.
