Greetings,

For all of you old-timers in the southeastern Pennsylvania area and some of you from New Jersey and Delaware too. A couple of local guys have written a coffee table style book about the history of the Langhorne Speedway. Of course, that great old race track is long gone. But, it still brings back lots of great memories for many of us in this area. Anyway, the two authors will be having a book signing party at the Newtown Bookshop (Newtown, Pa.) this coming Thursday (04/02).

My stepfather still has his old 8mm movies from the races there.

I remember the track well. Many famous drivers ran there under USAC sanction. Great racing.
