Cool gallery, I like the hood on that bird! Looks warm there still. One day, my slick will resemble a slick again, I was going to update my gallery later tonight, I spent the weekend in the garage.!

If it starts to rain, they'll tax the splash.
If you want to fish, they'll tax the bass.
If you plant a yard, they'll tax the grass.
If you don't play nice, they'll fine your *$#!

That Chebby is my wifes dream car so what can I do.
It is pretty fast though but it's not built FORD tough.
Found that out when I blew the tranny out of it.

When you upgrade to a dual reseviour master cylinder you will find that the push rod is 1in longer than a single pot cylinder. 1in spacer solved that problem.

Lemme guess...700R4? I hate those trannies, I've gone through 3 of them in my '89 Suburban. Two years ago, all forward gears went out again...I said screw it & parked it in the back yard, then bought a '91 Exploder until I was darn good & ready to fix that tranny again.
I think I'm gonna just find a 5-speed manual to swap in there instead, I prefer those more anyway. :)

Ok, I forgot about the push rod being too long. When I did mine (somewhere around '85), I just hacksawed off the extra inch, ground a round tip with my grinder & sanded it smooth. Put a dab of wheel bearing grease on each end & wa-la! :D
