a lot of work for free

Post by ICEMAN6166 »

went to check out a free slick today.
64 custom cab f100, cab, front clip, dead y block, one flat tire on the rear(only tire)
looks as if it has been sitting sinking into the ground since long before the word slick60s was coined. theres another truck in front of it with no tires either.

the 64cab/clip is actually pretty decent, all the cc stuff is still there like the door handle plates and interior parts and the grille is good too.

likely be a 2 hour adventure, bring tires along.

pics when i get it here.

did not go as planned.:(
sitting too long all the drums seized up, soft out by the truck so i kept getting stuck. bang.gif not enough clutch left in the tt for much of that.
so i ended up just stripping a bunch of parts off it and leaving it to grow more moss on.
might go back for a few more things with my pickup and cutting torch, not sure yet.
