I didn't have many troubles with my move from NJ to VA, but I'm still uncovering and unpacking stuff.
Biggest casualty so far is this.
This is that model truck wood rack
Inside the house I'm 80% done. Garage is a shitshow.

The joys of moving. Moves with my job have included a relocation package - some of the packers have been super careful and others were just horrible.
During the last move, I stopped the packers from just jamming painted metal beer signs into a box of gardening tools.
Then there were label issues - one box was simply labeled "Boxed items"!?!? I guess the customary "Living room" or "kitchen" wasn't descriptive enough!
"1) Peace through strength; 2) Trust but verify; 3) Beware of evil in the modern world"
I found the dining room table legs jammed in a box with my tv.

From a movers standpoint which I used to do a lifetime ago,
I hated packing up people’s belongings. But if you let them do it
the whole thing would be a disaster. I do realize certain things
require special care. That’s when the owner needs to pack them
up special and pad everything real good in a sturdy box and
label the box with their name or special markings and maybe
even keep it with them during the trip. Had one goofy old broad
want a grand piano moved from the ground floor up two flights
of stairs to the third floor of this old house and it about killed
us. Must’ve been a half dozen of us trying to get that big thing
Up those stairs. What a nightmare!
