JUST SOME OF THE CHRISTMAS HOROR!

Post by stronger66ratfink »

way to many pictures to post, pretty much took them from start to finish
well almost finish

after the holidays I get to start on the new front porch, driveway and re-landscaping around the house

these are just some,

Note the before and after enclosed porch pictures,
I got to start putting it back together on Saturday morning and pretty much finish early enough Sunday to watch my Team get their butts kicked!

Oh forgot to mention the same mess was inside the main hallway and masster bedroom, couldn't bring myself to take pictures of that

Thank god my wife was at work all day and inside was cleaned up and almost put back to normal before she got home
except for all the dust from jack hammering 7 holes inside

Those are concrete piers 41 which took about 200 of those cylinders bounding them into the ground one at a time
About 30 Jose,s it took to do the work all in one day inside and out
The house is literally all on blocks now
Got a pretty good deal to do the leveling and replace the complete plumbing
Gave them a $15,000.00 check!

I am afraid that I am going to have to have this done at my house, and am not looking forward to it. I have a 2 foot area of plants between the house and patio the whole front of the house, and am hoping they can do this without tearing up the patios. This Texas soil moves so much! My pool is trying to break itself in half from all the movement.

We had something similar done to our house in Dallas because of the high water table they came in and pumped it back up to be level. Mudjacking it so it could be put on the market. That job up in Colorado would probably cost double or more.
