bill w.: nope. cant run it now. i dont think there will be enough clearance with the hood. ill use it on something else, sell it, or trade it. plus i dont want to hide those pretty carbs!

we got brake lines!

Post by azratrod »

so garbz and i started to run brake lines today. got almost all of them run. and actually i just stood over garbz to keep the sun off him and to keep him cool and to hand him tools.

you can almost see the new wilwood proportioning valve

the new stainless clips for the brake lines and the fuel lines. brake lines running towards the rear.

before anyone comments about the fancy new wilwood parts or that i have a proportioning valve. stop right there. i know its fancy and i know this is a traditional build. but im also smart and build safe rides. my girlfriend will be riding with me alot and shes hot and ild like to keep her that way. so safety first sometimes.

Post by azratrod »

My 64 had one of those too. Was in fairly decent shape til I tried to remove it and found out how brittle it was.
I think I saved a piece with the logo -
I have no idea where it is though, lol.

chelsea and my boy chewy

if any of you have a Tilted Kilt pub near you she will be in there 2012 swimsuit calander and will be traveling the country doing franchise grand openings and calander signings. we are hoping she gets the cover of the calander and a month. not just a month. shes a top 3 finialist for the cover. so make sure to go in and see her when the new calander comes out or when a new location opens up near you. i know this is self promotion but im proud and lucky.

Image
yeah yeah! that is me in a kilt. and us together at a promotion. i used to bartend and bounce in that damn thing. she loves it when i wear it. says im "sexy" in it

Eric, i would be intrested in the intake... the 3 bolt intake and stromberg style carb i have is not going to work on my 63.

i dont think i can afford to run that honkin 4 bbl carb on it.
