Cory Ill keep an eye out for one up here. Been watching CL religiously but not much uni stuff showing up. I know where there is a whole one sitting for sale. I dont think he is parting it. If it sits for a while longer and doesnt move Ill aproach them and see what the intentions are.

Thanks man, I'll even entertain a whole truck if the price is right and the door is awesome. I've got a guy taking some pictures for me in Montana right now, might be a road trip this weekend. I'm always up for some fun and I have got an 18' car hauler and a V10 Superduty gas hog to pull with.HiBoy63 wrote:Cory Ill keep an eye out for one up here. That would be awesome if it's in good shape, the one I have is good other than they opened it and it caught the front edge on the front fender and folded the seam over and they left it that way and it folded and folded and you get the picture. Small dents or dings don't bother me, major rust or damage to the edges are what I want to avoid. What color is it?Bill W wrote:Cory, you need a drivers door for a uni? i'll take a good look at the one i have and report back to you.

Cory,
I took those while I was driving a semi over the road - wish I could have taken time to get more and see more.
One of the reasons I decided to start riding a again and then upgrade to a new Softail is so I could do some traveling - the day isn't here yet but I'm working my way there.
I would like to get out your way again.

I'd say mine is in that good of shape or better, the only issue with my door is the edge along the fender was folded over, caught on the fender. What I'm hoping is to find one in better shape to start with, thanks for the offer.

If you ever do get out this way try to plan it so you have a day and give me a few days heads up and I'll show you the sights.Greg D wrote:Cory,

If I absolutely can't find another door I may take the drivers side down the road if you still have it, not to disourage anyone else that may need it, take it if you need it. I might have to try and make one good one out of the two, I figure I'll find one somewhere however.

Squeak (my son) and I headed out again Sunday he wanted to shoot his new 40 cal. pistol and I wanted to go for a little afternoon slick looking adventure. Didn't have as much luck in the slick country this time as we spent most of it shooting, we did find a few and then we stopped at my brothers to visit. This is where it got interesting, he inherited his grandfathers estate and it is unbelievable.
I posted a story about it on the HAMB and the pictures and story are worth the read, here's the link if interested.

Ok so here's another quiz, two of the photos are of almost the exact same spot from a different angle yet you can't see any of the same vehicles in either shot. Which two?
