Anyone found a tool to remove the chrome bezels around the switches on the dash?

Yes.
They sell them on eBay from time to time. I have one for a Ford, but they make them for almost all the mid-60's cars.

I lucked up on some Mac tools at a swap meet one time. don't know if you can still get these or not. Basically a round barrel with two tits on the end to fit in the slots.

You can make one with a piece of tubing and a cutting wheel.

Does this tool also install/remove the bezel around the ignition switch?

Because that was by far the biggest pita I have the pleasure to bust knuckles with.

a pair of needle nose pliers work lovely as the gap-driver.... works great on the windshield wiper bezels too....
'63 with 390 & lots of juice. But never enough. Always want more.
