CAMARO FRONT END SWAP UPDATE

Post by truckerdaddy66 »

This is T/D from New Caney,Tx. My name was shortened from trucker daddy66, by Uncle SKIP!. I guess I must be a sinner .I stripped my 66 S.WB. of ,front clip ,motor, trans.,twin I beam, and cross member last weekend,I am now making necessary parts for a bolt in swap for a 98 camaro front end , I'm adding one cross member in front just behind the core support area,to help stiffen the frame. A rebuilt 300 6 cyl. w/3 speed trans. on the tree will be the plan for the drive train.I think this swap will give about 5 inches lower stance on front end, I'll worry about the rear end later. I'll be in CONROE,TX FEB.17TH SAT. W/SOME MODEL T ,AND A. AND SOME SLICK FRONT END PARTS ,LATER T/D
