Looks like it came off of one of the "Land Yachts" of the 70s. Close as I can get.

65-67 galaxie/fairlane/ comet?
definitely from a car with stacked headlights and there were only a few years/ models of these.

looks like about 1967 Galaxie/LTD if it is.
Otherwise I would say Caddy of roughly the same era.

I picked it up with some other stuff and the only thing I know is that it is at about 8 inches wider than a 66 Fairlane and since it is cast, it cuts out ALL Ford before 69. All of the Galaxies had stamped grilles in the 60s. maybe some BIG Merc. No markings, verticle headlites. Im guessing Chrysler product, but cant seem to figure it out.

This is probably the first time I have disagreed with FordBoy Pete. That is not for the 428 equipped 7 Liter 66 Galaxy. Looks familiar, just can't put my finger on it.

1963 Olds 98?
GM used cast grilles up through the mid 1970s, but nothing else seems close. I also thought Galaxie when I first saw it but I'm going with Tim, I think they were all stamped aluminum.

Nope, not the Fury vert grill either. The Chrysler is flatter and has a verticle divider.

JC I think you've nailed it. That is the grill but that one has those center bars. Probably bolt onto the cheaper model grill. Mopar had a habit of adding that bar to lots of other models with high options.

Well that was fun. I should go dig up some other relics LOL
