Checking on a 65 being parted out, what do you need??

The place to talk Slicks. All we ask is that discussion has something to do with slicks...

This truck is just 30 minutes from me and I was going to look at it this weekend. If anyone has anything they want me to check on let me know. It says 3/4 disc brakes so I need to see the bolt pattern it is probably 6 bolt. I will take anything off that someone needs as long as he prices them well (cheap).

I'd like to know how much he wants for the front bumper if its restorable. I would think it would be the same as the one needed for my 64 longbed. I cant tell by the pics but I'm looking for painted, not chrome. I'm in Ft. Hood and can come to you. Thanks...Duke

Disregard that last message. We're getting ready to move, I probably shouldn't weigh myself down anymore right now lol. Thanks though

DukeRoche,
Not a big loss for you, Dude.
Looking at the Craig's list picture, it appears to me that the front bumper has a fairly straight end cut - which would lead me to believe it is from a '67-'72 model... The ends of the bumper that would have been on the bumper of your '64 would have have more of an angle cut to it.

I have a hood for sale and haven't decided which tailgate is going on my 66 but I have a 67-72 gate if interested.

Also, are those the same hubcaps that go on a '66?

(I'd also ask about the tailgate, but some else has dibs.)
