What would you offer for this 66?

What would you offer for this 66?

It's not really a bad deal, may look into it. I need a ride for college, and I'd really prefer a slick. I've got a 302 and a c4 at the house that will bolt in. What's your input? & why does the hood sit awkward?
Thanks for the help,
Clevor

That's sort of what I figured, got another 66 sitting at the house (parts truck). Major thing is if it'll crank and make it to the shop, lol. It'd make a nice cruiser. Dropped with some cragars and a sloppy cam, roller 5.0 would give me liveable fuel mileage.
