Nice, didn't know anybody was doing this mod.
You can also install COBRA shocks and I think COBRA axles will fit the T-Bird IRS but don't take my word for it.
Main thing I would do is make sure the IRS has V8 axles from a V8 'bird.

It looks like I have a 9 inch in it. I'm going to leave that. I'm just going to get the rust taken care of and get a solid driver out of it. With the rat rod look.
