I like yours alot better.

Install power disc brakes on the 66.
Install Lockers front and rear, add NP205 T-case and build front pipe bumper with winch mount for 65.

I'm interested to see how it works. It could be a future project on my 4x4.

Where I work there are alot of hills and people everywhere, and drum brakes tend to fade. That plus the single chamber master cylinder. Bad combo. Since it's such and easy swap I say why not. I also feel that the quality of the wheel cylinders you buy now leave alot to be desired. The 4x4 has ther 7...

They are like that on the red truck. It's just hard to tell in that picture. I guess the red on red.
The blue one has them now also.

The tail lights on the 66 are correct.
Now, the tail lights on the 65 are just generic trailer light added by the previous owner. They've been replaced with the correct lights since this picture.

I used to own a 78 Bronco, so I kind of like it. I agree about the color though.
I'd make it 4x4, and the top removable.
