I would check the connection at the fuel sender, then make sure the sender has a good ground.

Sounds like you need a new wiper motor.

This would be a good time to upgrade to a delay unit.

I had the piece that went into the fender. I had it bent up at a local sheet metal shop. I took careful measurments and used a level in two directions to make sure it was square. I hung the level off the top of the inner fender into the engine compartment. From the level I measured down how far I wa...

I am finnaly back to work on the crew cab. I had some engine problems and got so fed up with the whole thing that I had to take a break. When I installed the new fuel pickup I put it too close to the bottom of the tank. When I did the conversion I never cleaned the tank I just siphoned out all the g...

Cab roof rust question

Well I am back to work on the crew cab. The engine had some problems and I got fed up and had to take a break. The engine is now back running so it is on to other things. I wire wheeled and painted the inside of the roof. What I found was this. http://img443.imageshack.us/img443/1118/1190173.jpg Upl...

I am running dual group 31 batteries. The trays are mounted under the bed on the inside of the frame rail. They are the factory under floor battery tray.

I have two about 5 inches back on the top of the fender. There is nothing left of them but a rubber covered screw. I can get a pic with measurements if you like.

Wing window post

Well the other day I was working on the crew cab and opened the wing window. Well the window came off in my hand. The lower post had rotted away.

What will I need to put a new wing window in?

I paid 4 grand for mine. It was in about the same shape. The floors and cab mounts were good. The cab corners and lower cowl drain area are rotten. It already had an updated drive train and axles.

I have a stock Ford from 65. It is very well built. The only problem I have is the rust in the usual spots and the roof has no supports.

I have the supports to go in now, I just have to do it. The roof will oil can when going over rough roads.
